General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between DATANGLAMA and any person making a service reservation via the website www.datanglama.fr. Any booking made on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 2 – SERVICE PROVIDER

The services offered include wellness treatments, ancestral Chinese head spa, body care, facial treatments, slimming programs, and other services displayed on the website.

ARTICLE 3 – ONLINE BOOKING

Reservations are made exclusively on the website. The Client selects the desired service from the available time slots and proceeds to pay the required deposit to confirm the reservation. The booking is considered definitive only after: the validation of the booking on the website, the full payment of the deposit, and the receipt of the booking confirmation. DATANGLAMA reserves the right to refuse any booking for legitimate reasons.

ARTICLE 4 – RATES

Prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking. DA TANG LA MA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the reserved services will be invoiced at the rate in force when the booking is validated.

ARTICLE 5 – DEPOSIT

To guarantee the reserved slot, the Client must pay a deposit, the amount of which is indicated during the booking process. The deposit locks in the chosen time slot and allows the establishment to organize its staff schedule. The payment of the deposit constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

6.1 Rescheduling an Appointment: The Client may request to change the date or time. Any modification request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Subject to availability, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. No refund will be issued.

6.2 Cancellation by the Client: Any cancellation, for whatever reason, results in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. The deposit is strictly non-refundable.

6.3 No-Show (Absence): In the event of a non-appearance of the Client without prior notice at least 3 hours in advance, the deposit remains the property of DATANGLAMA. The Client will need to make a new reservation.

ARTICLE 7 – LATE ARRIVAL

The Client agrees to respect the time of their appointment. In the event of a late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be reduced so as not to penalize subsequent appointments, and the full price remains due. Beyond a 10-minute delay, DATANGLAMA may consider the appointment as canceled and the deposit will remain the property of DATANGLAMA.

ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION BY DA TANG LA MA

DA TANG LA MA reserves the right to postpone or cancel an appointment in the event of force majeure, inability to provide the service, or exceptional circumstances. In this situation, the Client may choose between postponing their appointment to a later date or a full refund of the deposit paid.

ARTICLE 9 – HEALTH CONDITIONS

The Client agrees to inform DATANGLAMA of any health problems, medical treatments, allergies, pregnancy, or contraindications likely to affect the performance of the service. DA TANG LA MA reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service if it considers that it poses a risk to the health or safety of the Client.

ARTICLE 10 – GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES

Gift cards, subscriptions, and packages are registered in the name of the recipient (non-transferable), non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. They must be used within their validity period. Any service not used before the expiration date will be considered lost.

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

DA TANG LA MA is bound by an “obligation of means” (obligation de moyens) in the execution of its services. The results of treatments may vary depending on the individual characteristics of each Client. DA TANG LA MA does not guarantee any specific result and cannot be held liable for any lack of results matching the Client’s expectations.

ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during booking is necessary for managing appointments. Data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations (GDPR). The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data upon simple request.

ARTICLE 13, 14 & 15 – MEDIATION, APPLICABLE LAW AND ACCEPTANCE

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Client has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for amicable resolution. These GTCS are governed by French law.

By validating their reservation on the website www.datanglama.fr, the Client acknowledges having read these GTCS and accepting them without reserve. The validation constitutes an electronic signature and acceptance of the distance contract.
